"We found that far too often established triathlon organizations did little else than profit a select few and cater to the elite triathlete over the rookie. The aim of this website and this club is to nurture the triathlete inside you. We are dedicated to the educational pursuit of triathlon, the physical and psychological benefits of triathlon to your life and the spirit of camaraderie.
Our overall goal is to create an atmosphere online and in- training where any question can be asked and training can be done in a spirit of fun and of course maybe do a race or two with some friends. The most important aspect of AzTriClub is the new or perspective member. If you have done a triathlon in the past or have been considering triathlon in your future, you’re the most important person in the world to us."

"Fitness? Weight Loss? Racing? You do not have to be a elite or professional athlete to experience the benefits of a professional coach. A coach is someone help you sort through all the weight loss and training information out there and support you so you reach your persoanl goals.
Every athlete knows that if you play a sport, the odds of suffering an injury are high. It can happen in any sport and at all levels.
Injuries and training go hand in hand. Performance in any sports directly relates to how your body responds, adapts, and recovers to the stresses place on it during competition, and more importantly, during training.
Your head coach, Jeffrey Banas, is also a Doctor. This is where we separate ourselves for all the other coaches out there. We are quickly evaluate, treat, and modify your training program depending on how your body is responding to the stresses placed on it. Something other coach simply can not do.
On-site and Web-based programs"
